​Colleen has spent over a decade in leadership and career development, partnering with teams across Europe, the US, and APAC. Her journey—from Princeton to Barcelona to her current home in the Canary Islands—has shaped the way she thinks about growth. To her, leadership and career success aren’t about titles or perfection; they’re about staying curious, making intentional choices, and leading in alignment with your values.

With a Master’s in Organizational Development and Change Management and an Executive Coaching Certification, Colleen brings a thoughtful blend of evidence-based tools and appreciative inquiry to her coaching and consulting practice. She has partnered with senior leaders at Dow Jones, The Wall Street Journal, and Factiva, designing and delivering programs that help teams navigate rapid change, global growth, and evolving career demands. Her approach helps people stretch their thinking, tackle complex challenges, and uncover possibilities they hadn’t considered before.
